Roasted Here

Speciality coffee,
roasted on site.

We work closely with Étude Coffee, who roast right here at The Silo and supply all our speciality coffee. Every bean is speciality grade — assessed, scored, and sourced from a supply chain where growers are paid fairly for their labour.

“Industrial brutalist meets charming coffee shop. It’s a wonderful marriage.” — Phil I.
